There are so many marvellous film franchises out there which have entertained us for decades now.
Many will wholeheartedly argue that one of the very best is James Bond and rightfully so.
Created in 1953 by Ian Fleming, the British Secret Service agent became an iconic character of literature and subsequently the screen. We’ve seen the likes of Roger Moore, Sean Connery and beyond tackle the suave 007, however, Daniel Craig brought a fresh vision of the action man to life in 2006’s Casino Royale.
Although fans and general audiences were divided by the grittier, modern take, it’s safe to say that the actor has earned an admirable legacy stepping into Bond’s shoes.
Across four films – Casino Royale, Quantum of Solace, Skyfall, Spectre – we’ve grown to cherish his approach, but the forthcoming No Time to Die will see him finally hang up his pistol, reprising 007 for the last time.

A James Bond joke has resurfaced which goes a little something like this: new James Bond film cancelled after cameraman forgot to press record.
Those who have followed the film’s production will instantly get the joke, but for those who haven’t, let’s explain.
Since production on Craig’s fifth Bond instalment began, there have been a number of issues plaguing it, from the initial exit of previously confirmed director Danny Boyle to injuries sustained by Craig on set.
News stories detailing issues encountered during production and filming became oddly frequent and some even labelled the film as cursed.
Just when things seemed to be on track, the COVID-19 pandemic meant that its release date was once again delayed.
So, the joke is essentially pointing fun at how much seems to have gone wrong in bringing it to the screen.
